Q. If our top legs do not produce but the people under them do, does it make a difference to us?  If so what is the difference?

A. If a top leg does not produce, all the volume from those under him will still role up to you.  If this person does not sign up come launch, the individuals below will move up to you directly.  What needs to be discussed is if the person on the top is able to reach down directly to those below the person not producing.  This can sometimes be sticky depending on the person.  If this person is not doing the business at all, then I am sure he/she would not mind.  But as you know, it is important to ensure the people below are receiving all invitations and such from their leader.  If this top non-producer is not sending emails on down to his team that you send out they are not informed.

There is also a little more detail to the volume roling up and how you would be paid but as a general rule, you are still paid on the team below this individual.
