Beyond Organic was founded by leading natural health expert, Jordan Rubin. To produce these beyond organic foods and beverages, Jordan has obtained an 8,000 acre ranch/farm in the flowing, grassy plains of Missouri. He has also purchased natural springs in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Georgia, which are prized for their pure mountain water. Using environmentally friendly and sustainable farming and production practices, Beyond Organic is raising cattle for meat and dairy products. This includes Green-Fed™ beef, cultured dairy beverages, raw cheeses (aged 60 days), and more. Beyond Organic Standards
Beyond Organic takes traditional organic standards to the next level. It is important to note, Beyond Organic is not “Organic Bashers,” and that they love Organic. However, as they often point out, Organic does not always mean healthy, which many consumers believe.
Organic is certainly a good and necessary first step in the journey of re‐establishing health and sustainability. However, USDA Organic standards can be limiting in scope and potentially misleading to consumers—especially if they think Organic is the ultimate standard for what is healthy.
Beyond Organic is seeking to go “beyond oganic,” not to tarnish, or invalidate USDA Organic standards. Furthermore, they are seeking to elevate and expand the discussion and increase the level of awareness and knowledge of true health and wellness as it applies to humans and our planet.

Jordan originally planned to sell his Beyond Organic foods and beverages through retail stores such as Whole Foods. However, he felt this would create a disconnection between his mission and his products. For example, how would people know what made his products superior to the ones sitting next to his on the grocery shelf? How would he be able to educate people about the health benefits of consuming his foods and beverages? As Jordan eventually came to discover, the answer was “Mission Marketing!”
Beyond Organic has strategically chosen a network marketing model to sell their products. All products will be sold through independent Mission Marketers via the Internet. This enables Beyond Organic to reach more people with their message, programs, and products than what would otherwise be possible.
